Thought for the Week
“One of the biggest obstacles to forgiveness is dealing with loss. There is something lost, that sometimes might be able to be regained, but most often, is lost forever. Forgiveness means first, acceptance of how things are today. Not how they might have been if only that person acted differently, but how they really are today. Once you can focus your attention onto what you do have today, not what you no longer have, you have made a giant leap towards true forgiveness.”
