Thought for the Week

“Old habits die hard, but if you know the results and don’t want to see them anymore, you’ve got to change the choices that keep leading up to them. The more they’ve happened, the easier it is to recognize a pattern. Most times, you need to be able to see a pattern before you can tell what it is you need to change. Maybe you didn’t see it the first time or the fifth time or the twenty-seventh time but things aren’t always all that clear. The important thing is to change it when you do recognize it. When you do, your whole life from now on will change for the better. Don’t look back with regret. Look forward with the promise of brighter days ahead. “Doe Zantamata
