Thought for the Week

“Love between two people is a free flow of giving and receiving. Love given but not received leads to resentment, depletion, lowered self-worth, and feeling used. Love received but not given leads to feelings of guilt for not giving or not being able to give, and after that leads to unappreciation because it came so easily and stayed for no reason. Either way, love that exists in only one form or the other but not both causes deep pain. True love then knows enough to realize when it must love enough to let go. True love isn’t blind. It sees imperfections but doesn’t let them obstruct the view.  “Doe Zantamata
